# PICK-UP INFORMATION

• We offer the pick up service from Busan Cruise Terminal in the Busan Port.
• Please contact us in advance if you are going to be late. The driver can adjust the pick up time accordingly.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

# CANCELLATION

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days before the selected activity date.
• No shows will be considered a cancellation on the day of service and 100% cancellation fees will usually apply. 
• In the case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you will have the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
