# NOTICES

  • The Busan train station pickup service must be booked at least 1 day before the arrival time.
  • Please contact us in advance in case of any severe delays or cancellations.
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days before the selected activity date.
  • Be sure to indicate the number of passenger and luggage.
  • Please inform us if you bring along a baby stroller or wheelchair.
  • If you need a baby car-seat, please inform us in advance.   

# PICKUP INFORMATION

  • After arrival at Busan Station, please contact with the driver at Exit 1. The driver will pick you up immediately. 
  • We provide the driver's contact details and car plate number 1 day before the arrival
  • Free waiting time: the driver will wait for up to 20 minutes after your train's arrival.
  • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no shows.
  • Please contact us in advance if you are going to be late. The driver can adjust the pick up time accordingly.

# CANCELATION POLICY

  • You will get a full refund, if you cancel at least 3 days before the activity starts.
  • In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the pick up service. If this happens, you will have the option to reschedule or request a full refund,
