# NOTICES

• The airport drop-off service must be booked at least 1 day before the flight's departure time.
• Please contact us in advance in case of any severe flight delays or cancellations.
• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days before the selected activity date.
• Be sure to indicate the number of passenger and luggage.
• Please inform us if you bring along a baby stroller or wheelchair.
• If you need a baby car-seat, please inform us in advance.   

# PICK-UP INFORMATION

• Pick-up from the gate of hotel / building.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your selected pick-up time. 
• The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time). 
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no shows.
• Please contact us in advance if you are going to be late. The driver can adjust the pick up time accordingly.

# CANCELLATION POLICY

• You will get a full refund, if you cancel at least 3 days before the activity starts.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the drop off service. If this happens, you will have the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
