# NOTICES

• The airport pick-up service must be booked at least 1 day before the flight's arrival time.
• Please contact us in advance in case of any severe flight delays or cancellations.
• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days before the selected activity date.
• Be sure to indicate the number of passenger and luggage.
• Please inform us if you bring along a baby stroller or wheelchair.
• If you need a baby car-seat, please inform us in advance.   

# PICK-UP INFORMATION

• Please meet the driver by Gate 1.
• The driver will be holding a sign board with the lead traveler's name on it. 
• Free waiting time: the driver will wait for up to 40 minutes after your flight's arrival.
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no shows.
• Please contact us in advance if you are going to be late. The driver can adjust the pick up time accordingly.
