• Service Hours: 8 Hours
• Vehicle Type: Sedan (up to 4 persons), Van (up to 8 persons), Mini Bus (up to 14 persons), Large Bus (up to 40 persons)
• Inclusive of: Driving guide (for a larger group, an English or Chinese tour guide will also attend), Parking fees, Toll fees, Car insurance, Driver's tip and meal
• Not Inclusive of: Personal travel insurance, Personal expenses, Admission fees and tickets for tourist attractions

# NOTICES

• If you bring along a baby stroller, luggage or wheelchair, Please notify us in the 'Notes' section when booking.
• Be sure to indicate the number of passenger and luggage.
• If you need a baby car-seat, please notify us in the 'Notes' section when booking.
• If you travel with special needs, such as those with disabilities or for who are pregnant, please notify us in the 'Notes' section when booking.
• For a larger group (more than 20 participants), an English(or Chinese) tour guide will also attend.

# PICK-UP INFORMATION

• We offer different start times with door-to-door pick ups from your accommodation in Busan.
• Please contact us in advance if you are going to be late. The driver can adjust the pick up time accordingly.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

# CANCELLATION

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days before the selected activity date.
• For cancellation made at least 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply. 
• For cancellation made within 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
• No shows will be considered a cancellation on the day of service and 100% cancellation fees will usually apply. 

# SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES

• Face masks are mandatory on travel and public transportation. Wearing a face mask while travelling on public transport helps to keep you and others safe.
